Maintenance

We provide a maintenance service for most telephone systems on a nationwide basis, including obsolete systems no longer supported by the manufacturer or national distributor.

Our comprehensive maintenance cover includes the telephone system central control unit, systemphones and ancillary equipment including voicemail, call logging and DECT cordless systems.

If a maintenance contract is not required, we can provide a fault repair service charged on a callout basis. Wherever possible, we install modems for remote diagnostics, enabling us to analyse and rectify faults from our offices. If the fault proves to be hardware related, we will then arrange a site visit.
